EverythingMoe list and review sites/apps related with Anime/Manga (Otaku) culture, with each review being manually crafted from our own testing (not automated). EverythingMoe is a community project that does NOT aim to make money. Our reviews are made to help people get what they want (not site operators). Our community sources information, shares news/updates, and discusses anything related to the sites and apps we review.

- Popularity and track record*. (Very important)
- The size of its content library. (Very important)
- Service reliability. (Important)
- Quality of the contents. (Important)
- User interface and usability. (Important)
- Features / options available on the site. (Less important)
- Community interaction on the site. (Less important)
- How clean is the site in terms of ads. (Less important)  

*Long track record means the site has been able to consistently provide service for a long period of time.

## Otaku Culture

While the term can be interpreted in several ways (originally Japan's subculture). In this context it refers to various subcultures based on specific interests and hobbies around East-Asian style entertainment/media, and aligns more closely with "ACG culture".
